City Beach will gladly give you a refund if you change your mind about a purchase. This includes full priced and sale product. Change of mind purchases can be returned within 30 days from the original transaction date, along with the original proof of purchase.
Change of mind returns will only be accepted if the item is in original packaging (eg. Shoe box), unworn, unwashed, and the tags are still attached.
Items discounted with a faulty reason code cannot be returned for the original fault specified or for change of mind.
For hygiene reasons we do not accept change of mind on underwear, pierced jewellery or swimwear where the hygiene strip has been removed.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from the sample shown or do not do what they are supposed to do.
City Beach reserves the right to have your item returned to the supplier to be assessed, if deemed necessary.
AfterPay/ZipPay purchases will be refunded to the customer’s AfterPay/ZipPay account until such time as the agreement between the customer and AfterPay/ZipPay has ceased. Please see AfterPay/ZipPay Terms and Conditions for more information.
Online AfterPay/ZipPay purchases can only be refunded through our Online Store. Online AfterPay/ZipPay transactions can be exchanged in store for equal or greater value.
City Beach refund policy in no way limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
