Yes you can. Please note that the cost of return for change of mind purchases are at the cost of the customer returning the items.
Please ensure that you include your original transaction receipt with the items you are returning. If you do not have the original receipt, you can contact the store of purchase or the Customer Service Team to assist in locating it for you. Ensure you have as much details as possible to assist in the locating process.
We ask that you fill out a the Returns Form (link provided below) and send the completed form back to us. Once our returns team have received and assessed the items, we will contact you via email to start the refund process.
