The first step would be to check the tracking details for your order. If this doesn't seem to be moving and is past the expected delivery date, please let us know as we will then get in touch with our shipping provider to investigate further.

Investigations can take up to 10 business days and we must allow the courier company to complete their investigation before we can take any further action into the whereabouts of the parcel.
