City Beach Rewards

We have now gone live with City Beach Rewards for our AU and NZ customers!

For each $1 you spend*, you will receive 10 points and once you accumulate 1,000 points you can login to your City Beach account to retrieve a $10 voucher for in-store or online. Please note however to receive these points, you need to be signed up and opted into our Rewards program. Additionally, you need to be logged into your account when checking out with us, otherwise unfortunately the points will not be added to your account.

For our AU customers, if shopping in-store, you will need to present your rewards barcode from one of our mailing list emails. 

Once you have purchased in-store or online, you will need to allow 7 days for the points to appear in your account.

Once you have accumulated 1,000 points or more, login to your City Beach account and head to your Rewards tab to access your $10 off voucher. Once in the Rewards dashboard, you can choose to redeem a $10 voucher for in-store or online. Once you press redeem, your online promotional code or in-store promotional barcode will be emailed through to you. Please note these vouchers will only be active for 60 days.
