Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation with a 'Shippit' tracking ID (which starts with 'PP'). You can use this ID to track your HERE.
Alternatively, if you login to your City Beach account and proceed to 'My Orders', you can go directly to the tracking information by clicking on the linked tracking number. If there is no visible tracking number, this means your order has not yet been shipped.
