If you haven't paid for your order yet, you can remove items from your bag by clicking on the bin icon next to the item in Your Bag or the quick view cart.
If you have checked out and paid for your order, unfortunately we are unable to change or add items, however we can try to cancel your order or individual items prior to dispatch.
Please keep a few things in mind:
1. We cannot guarantee that the item/s you ordered will still be in stock if we cancel your order
2. The refund can take up to 3 business days to appear in your account

We operate between the hours of 9AM-5PM AEST Monday to Friday. If the order has been finalised before we hear from you, then it may no longer be possible to cancel your order.
