You can update your personal details by logging into your City Beach account and going to 'My Account'. From there you can edit your personal information, address book or change your password.
Once you have completed your details, ensure you select 'Save' to save your changes.
Unfortunately, the email address cannot be changed for an existing account. If you prefer to use an alternative email address, you are welcome to proceed in creating a new City Beach account under this email. Please reach out to our Customer Service team to have your current account deleted.
