Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an email of your 'Order Confirmation & Tax Invoice'.
Alternatively, if you log into your City Beach online account and head to 'My Orders', you will find a copy of your order number and order summary if you click on “View Order”. This can be used when making a return in-store or online.
