If for any reason you are unhappy with your product we will help you with a refund within 30 days of purchase. All we ask is that all products you are returning are in original condition with all tags attached, intact packaging, and your proof of purchase is included.
Please note:

Supplier packaging and shoe boxes* must be returned unmarked and in their
original condition, unless the item is faulty.
*Please ensure that shoe boxes are packaged in a suitable satchel undamaged. Shoe boxes sent back to us without packaging with the returns label on the box will NOT be accepted, unless faulty. - Due to health and safety regulations face masks cannot be exchanged / returned unless deemed faulty or if the incorrect product was sent to you.
- Earrings and pierced jewellery can only be exchanged / returned if deemed faulty or if the incorrect product was sent to you.
- Products sealed for hygiene reasons hair accessories, earphones, beauty, grooming products etc much be in their original sealed conditions unless deemed faulty.
- Swimwear and underwear can only be exchanged / returned for change of mind in their original condition, clean, with all tags and protection stickers attached. All swimwear sets need to be returned in their original sets.
- Gift Cards are considered non-refundable, implying that once purchased, they cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for cash or other forms of payment.
- Any bulky returns not accepted by Australia Post must be returned directly with an alternate carrier, at the customers full expense. Bulky returns are unable to be generated through the City Beach Return Portals. Please contact Customer Service for return address information.
- Online 'Buy-Now-Pay-Later' purchases can only be exchanged in-store for equal or greater value. To return for a refund, please follow the Online Return process.
- Unfortunately, in-store refunds and gift cards are not applicable to 'Buy-Now-Pay-Later' orders. Our 'Buy-Now-Pay-Later' options include Afterpay, Zip and Klarna.
Items discounted with a faulty reason code cannot be returned for the original fault specified or for change of mind.
Where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from the sample shown or do not do what they are supposed to do, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.
City Beach reserves the right to have your item returned to the supplier to be assessed, if deemed necessary.
The City Beach Refund Policy in no way limits your rights as a Consumer as outlined by the ACL and processes all warranty and non-warranty claims in accordance with legislative requirements.
