Return postage costs are to be covered by the customer and the cost will be determined by the chosen courier. If you decide to return your item/s, the original shipping costs for your order won’t be eligible for a refund.
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
If you make a return through our AusPost Portal:
- With Shipping+ added to your order, no additional shipping fee will be applied.
-Without Shipping+ added to your order, a shipping fee will be calculated at the end of your return booking.
If you make a return through our Refundid Portal, postage will be a flat rate of $9.99.
