- Australian City Beach Gift Cards can be used online on our City Beach AU site (www.citybeach.com/au/) and in all of our physical stores in Australia.
- United States Gift Cards in USD can be used to shop online at www.citybeach.com/us/
- You are unable to use Gift Cards to make payment over the phone or via Ebay
- You need to present the physical Gift Card or your eGift Card in store when making payment
If using online, once you have finished shopping, make your way to the checkout. To use your gift card, once you have selected your shipping method, you will find a 'Redeem Gift Card" section. Click on this heading and enter your gift card number and 4 digit pin.
Your gift card number will be located on the back of your gift card.
